Presentation

The TACIR program (Talents-Arts-Creativity-Inclusion-Research) focuses on fostering social inclusion and creativity among youth in the western regions of Tunisia. It engages cultural operators and young individuals from diverse creative backgrounds, including marginalized young girls. 

The program intends to build inclusive communities that encourage innovative ideas and enrich the local cultural landscape. It also works to democratize access to creativity and enhance social inclusion and professional integration. 
 

How does this project contribute to the implementation of the 2005 Convention?

  • Advance sustainable development: The program introduces innovative business models and improves access to diverse cultural goods and services, especially in underrepresented regions and among marginalized groups.
