CALL FOR PROPOSALS: UI/UX Audit for the Website Creativity

UNESCO, through its initiatives, strives to promote the diversity of cultural expressions worldwide. A key pillar in this mission is the website www.unesco.org/creativity, which serves as a platform to inform, connect, and engage with a global audience. The user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) on the website are paramount to ensuring the effective dissemination of information and meeting users' needs. We are seeking a professional Web Design Agency to conduct a comprehensive UX/UI audit.

The website maintains a defined style guide and visual identity that aligns with UNESCO's overall branding. It is essential that the UX/UI audit respects and maintains this established style guide while suggesting improvements for a better user journey. The ultimate aim is to optimize the website's user flow, making it easier for users to navigate the site, find information, and engage with the content.
