Public events

UNESCO House hosts a wide variety of free, public events all year long: concerts, shows, ceremonies, screenings, exhibitions, and conferences.

Twice a year, we open our doors to visitors, offering free activities as part of two major on-site events: for Museum Night (May) and the European Heritage Days (September).

UNESCO Campus

Since 2014, UNESCO Campuses have brought together students aged between 13 and 18 to discuss major contemporary issues: freedom of expression, preservation of biodiversity, access to education, and more. 

Taking place two or three times a month, these events are held at UNESCO Headquarters in Paris and online.

Library and archives

The reading room at UNESCO’s Library and  is a place where staff, delegates and  (upon registration) can carry out research. 

Readers have direct access to almost all archives and publications issued by UNESCO (or under its auspices), as well as a selection of scholarly titles on the Organization’s areas of expertise.
