Public events
UNESCO House hosts a wide variety of free, public events all year long: concerts, shows, ceremonies, screenings, exhibitions, and conferences.
Twice a year, we open our doors to visitors, offering free activities as part of two major on-site events: for Museum Night (May) and the European Heritage Days (September).
Guided tours
Discover UNESCO Headquarters, a modern-day architectural treasure designed by iconic twentieth-century architects, including Bernard Zehrfuss, Marcel Breuer and Pier Luigi Nervi.
During your visit, you will learn about UNESCO’s mission and actions: how the organization works, the values it defends, and its impact on the lives of people across the globe.
UNESCO Campus
Since 2014, UNESCO Campuses have brought together students aged between 13 and 18 to discuss major contemporary issues: freedom of expression, preservation of biodiversity, access to education, and more.
Taking place two or three times a month, these events are held at UNESCO Headquarters in Paris and online.

Library and archives
The reading room at UNESCO’s Library and is a place where staff, delegates and (upon registration) can carry out research.
Readers have direct access to almost all archives and publications issued by UNESCO (or under its auspices), as well as a selection of scholarly titles on the Organization’s areas of expertise.

The UNESCO Book and Gift Shop is open from Monday to Friday from 9:30 a.m. to 1:15 p.m. and 2:15 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.

From Room I, ideal for major conferences and cultural events, to the panoramic restaurant on the top floor, perfect for catered dining, UNESCO offers your guests an exclusive experience in the most international building in Paris.
Restaurant

UNESCO does not have parking facilities. We recommend using public transport.
