The GEM Report is organizing a special presentation of the 2021-2 GEM Report on non-state actors in education during a session of the education commission of the Central American Parliament (Parlacen) in Guatemala. This event is being organized with the support from the UNESCO Offices in Guatemala and San José and will include a presentation of the report followed by a dialogue with the parliamentarians.
