The director of the GEM Report, Manos Antoninis will present the concept note of the 2023 GEM Report on technology and education during an event organized by on 16 December 2021 with key policymakers working in the field of EdTech in Latin America. The event will be an opportunity to present the plans for the regional consultation of the 2023 report that Fundaci贸n Ceibal is leading in Latin America which include the organization of a high-level event on 29 March 2022.
