In the side-lines of its annual gathering the GEM Report will host an expert consultation with the ALL-IN network comprised of policy makers, academics, practitioners who share a commitment to supporting schools and systems in their transitions toward resilient and future-thriving learning environments that maximize learner outcomes and wellbeing.

The objectives of the session include:

1. Present the early thinking of the GEM Report team in preparation of the 2024 Leadership Report
2. Allow participants to provide substantive feedback to the proposed lines of research;
3. Allow participants to recommend examples from around the world that illustrate good leadership and solutions to challenges found in various education systems and recommend potential areas of new research drawing on various sources of data.
