On Day of the African Child the GEM Report will host a twitter chat led by youth leaders from across the continent to amplify efforts to promote foundational learning, address challenges and celebrate successes with Spotlight Report partners including ministers of education and heads of agencies. The event will culminate in a live #BorntoLearn campaign action.
