The ISSPP Steering Committee will convene a consultation with the GEM Report on the importance of sustained attention to and investment in school principals, recruitment, quality training and support and career frameworks focus topics for the 2024 Report. 

The objectives of the consultation include: 

1. Share the early thinking of the GEM Report team in preparation for the 2024 GEM Report
2. Provide a space for participants to provide substantive feedback to the proposed lines of research with a particular focus topics of school principals, recruitment, quality training and support and career frameworks 
3. Hear from the ISSPP research team on their ongoing research studies including an ongoing meta-analysis of their research/case studies that illustrate good leadership or examples of national principal networks/practices that could feature in the Report
