For over two decades 17 global reports have been published and informed national, regional, and global debates on a diverse array of issues. Drawing from the latest quantitative and qualitative evidence, GEM Reports have tracked country progress (or lack thereof), highlighted critical challenges, and become an invaluable part of the international education architecture.
