The Moving Towards Education 2030, the Pacific Regional Education Framework (PacREF) 2018-2030, is a 12-year framework that promotes equitable access to high-quality education by all Pacific Islands countries (among which Kiribati, the Republic of Marshall Islands, the Federated States of Micronesia, Samoa, Solomon Islands, Tonga, Tuvalu and Vanuatu) in order to enable them to effectively deal with the development challenges the whole Pacific region is facing.

Through its four key policy areas, it encourages inclusivity and opportunities for equal access to informal, primary, secondary and tertiary education and training, and focuses particularly on the education quality and the importance of working cooperatively in the region and beyond.
