鈥 Your electronic proposal must be submitted on or before MAY 12, 2021, 18:00 HAVANA TIME (GMT-4).

鈥 As per the file name, please use 鈥淣AME OF BIDDER + HAV 2021-001鈥.
鈥 Your electronic proposal in PDF format and submitted by email must be limited to a maximum of 10 MB.
鈥 Offers addressed at any other e-mail accounts will be disqualified.
