Please note that access to this meeting is by invitation only.
The following persons may attend as participants :
- Official representatives of the 34 Member States that are members of the ICC. Each Council member shall have one vote but it may send as many experts or advisers as it deems necessary to sessions of the Council.
The following may attend, by invitation, as observers:
- Representatives of the Member States and Associate Members of UNESCO that are not members of the Council;
- Representatives of the United Nations, as well as other intergovernmental organizations of the U.N. system, such as the Food and Agriculture Organization, the World Health Organization, the United Nations Development Programme and the United Nations Environment Programme;
- Representatives of international non-governmental organizations who are invited by the Council and/or the Director-General of UNESCO.
