Rachel Kamana
Rachel Kamana is a sociology consultant, humanitarian and education advocate from the Democratic Republic of Congo, working with children from rural and conflict-affected communities.
She is the founder of Pamoja na Watoto Foundation (PAWA), a non-profit grassroots organization that promotes access to quality education in Eastern Democratic Republic of Congo. Her non profit (PAWA), has supported thousand of out of school children to access education and provided educational opportunities to internally displaced children in the Eastern DRC. She is passionate about transforming rural communities via quality, inclusive and accessible education.
She is the Africa coordinator for the Duke of Edinburgh International Award Foundation, global framework for non-formal education and learning which challenges young people to dream big celebrate their achievements and make a difference in their world.
Rachel holds an MA in Sociology with a concentration in Human Rights, Culture, and Social Justice from Goldsmith University in London, where she was a chevening scholar, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Social Work from Daystar University in Kenya.
Esther Gomani
Esther is a youth development and education advocate from Lilongwe, Malawi. She has a Bachelors’ degree in Commerce; Banking and Finance which she attained from Malawi Assemblies of God University. She currently serves as the Deputy Secretary General of the Southern Africa Students Union and as Associate Director in Youth Inspire Initiative Malawi.
Through her active engagement in student activism, Esther was part of the Digital Inclusion Campaign project team in Malawi, advocating for affordable internet access through the #datamustfall campaign, which spanned 11 sub-Saharan African countries and was led by the All-Africa Students' Union.
She is a 2023 Kid Kindness Grant Winner and the girl behind the Eat and Learn Project which aims to combat the immediate concerns of hunger among students at Madzi Christian Academy, a school in the outskirts of Lilongwe by doing a school feeding program.

Ellen Dixon
Ellen Dixon, from New Zealand, is a former Steering Committee member of the Global Student Forum. She is the incoming SDG 4 High-level Steering Committee Sherpa representing the student constituency.
She has been the National President for the New Zealand Union of Students' Association, has sat on Ministerial panels for education, and is an adviser to the Board of Commissioners for higher education funding. She is currently the youth representative on the Global Education Monitoring Report Advisory Board, and has written for Bloomsbury, SDSN, and the International Association of Universities.
Ellen is currently a PhD student in Critical Theory at the European Graduate School. She holds a Master of International Relations & Diplomacy from the University of Canterbury, and a Bachelor of Arts in Linguistics from Massey University.
Ilan Enverga
Ilan Enverga is a young educator at the International School for Better Beginnings in Lucena City, in the Philippines, where he pioneered a K-12 education program for SDG action and global citizenship.
He has presented his innovative work internationally for education ministries and fellow educators, and was awarded the Sustainability Leadership Award in Education. He has been an active member of the SDG4 Youth & Student Network since 2021, and served as the Focal Person for the Sustainability and Safe Education Working Group. Ilan is also the incoming SDG4 High-Level Steering Committee Leader representing the youth constituency.
Ilan received his Psychology Degree from Wesleyan University in the United States as the Freeman Asian Scholar for the Philippines.

Najd Alfadl
Hailing from Saudi Arabia, Najd Alfadl is the incoming student representative for Arab States.
She has been a researcher at the King Abdulaziz City for Science and Technology, and in 2021, was nominated for a Mentorship Program at the same institution.
Yasmein Abdelghany
Yasmein Abdelghany is a multi-awarded peace, education and sustainability specialist, with seven years of experience working at the national, regional, and international levels.
She is a UNICEF mentor and a speaker at high-level events including intergenerational dialogues with heads of state. She is the head of the Alliance for Non-formal Education at the United Nations Foundation where she leads a global team of 30 youth-led organizations, 300 young educators, and 2 national teams. Besides, she is the global lead of Education and Migration and UN MGCY.
In 2022, Yasmein has been recognized as one of the top 20 sustainability pioneers in the MENA region by the UAE and UK sustainability institute "Posterity Institute" and the UAE Ministry of Environment and has been recognized by Friedrich Ebert Stiftung as MENA Climate Justice Ambassador.

Olga Devic
Olga Devic is a specialist in youth affairs, with over eight years of experience in youth policy, public advocacy, and children's rights development, with a focus on the capacity building of youth, children and stakeholders and their empowerment to meaningfully participate in socio-political processes. International advisor specialized in the development and improvement of the opportunities and programs for young people within international organizations youth-related programs, offices, and agencies all across the world.
She has been collaborating on numerous initiatives and projects for young people all across the world and has led more than 680 training sessions and workshops for various stakeholders from local to international level, in order to strengthen and advance sustainable solutions for meaningful youth and children participation. Founder of Peer Education Initiative, a strategic endeavor aimed at cultivating innovative thinking and a comprehensive 21st-century skillset among young individuals toward the realization of Agenda2030.
Olga serves as United Nations Young Trainer for Meaningful Youth Engagement appointed by UNESCO. Also she is passionate about the intersection of artificial intelligence (AI) and human rights, she joined a team of young women to translate for UNESCO and UN Institute for Training and Research (UNITAR) a course on AI and human rights.
Tanguy Guibert
Tanguy Guibert, from France, is the current Vice-President of the European Students' Union (ESU).
In 2021, he was appointed to the National Council for Development and International Solidarity (CNDSI) for France's Ministry of Europe and Foreign Affairs. He was also part of FAGE, the National Federation of Students’ Associations in France.
Tanguy holds an Master 1 degree in Socio-political Studies of Globalization, and International Affairs and Relations from the Université Paris-Est Créteil (UPEC).

Felipe Gómez Gallo
Felipe Gómez Gallo is an Environmental and Civil Engineer with a minor in Biodiversity and Environmental Science from Universidad de los Andes. His expertise includes SDGs, Engineering Education, and climate change adaptation. He holds the Meaningful Youth Engagement Specialist position at the Student Platform for Engineering Education Development (SPEED).
He is active in youth constituencies such as MGCY, YOUNGO, UNEP MGCY, UNESCO SDG4Youth and Student Network. He has volunteered in different capacities to secure meaningful youth engagement at Environmental and Education UN spaces.
Finally, to connect children and youth movements in his native country, Felipe co-founded the Colombian Platform for Children and Youth as a civil society initiative to articulate and strengthen processes for the effective advocating of Colombian Children and Youth on social, economic, political, and environmental issues at the national and international levels.
Christina Williams
Christina Williams is a changemaker and thought leader from Jamaica, who for the past 15 years has used policy and partnerships to advance sustainable development for people and for planet. As an instrumental figure in the ongoing transformation of the education sector in her region she has successfully lobbied for student’s island-wide access to health insurance, reduction of deregistration by 99%, and led the charge for the zero-rating of online learning platforms during the pandemic. She has also contributed to multiple landmark legislations and national development programmes in her country. These and other contributions have resulted in her recognition by the European Union, United Nations, and Commonwealth Secretariat, who have engaged her to present and/or implement best practices worldwide.
