Leading, Teaching and Learning Together: Continuous Professional Development for school leaders and teachers
VVOB, together with its government partners in Rwanda, has developed two modalities for continuous professional development (CPD) of school leaders: certified courses for school leaders (a CPD diploma course on effective school leadership and a certificate course on educational mentorship & coaching) and Professional Learning Communities of school leaders. Close alignment with government policy, structures and resources has been key for the institutionalization and scaling of these CPD modalities.
