Vendor Registrations
If your company or entity offers goods, works, or services relevant to UNESCO and adheres to , you are invited to register as a potential supplier through the United Nations Global Marketplace (UNGM) website.
While registration on UNGM does not guarantee receiving enquiries or tender documents from UNESCO, it serves as a key procurement resource for UNESCO staff seeking new suppliers.

Supplier Protest
Registration on UNGM does not guarantee inquiries or tenders from UNESCO but is a key resource for procurement.
Suppliers who feel unfairly treated in the solicitation or contract process can file complaints with the relevant UNESCO Contracting Unit. If unsatisfied, they may escalate the issue to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) in the Bureau of Financial Management (BFM) at bfm.fpc@unesco.org.
Allegations of misconduct or corruption are forwarded directly to the Office of Internal Oversight.
