Mr Abdirizak Ibrahim is the Monitoring and Evaluation Technical Advisor at the Ministry of Education, Culture and Higher Education in Somalia. Hyun Mook Lim is the Director of the Asia-Pacific Centre of Education for International Understanding (APCEIU) which is working under the auspices of UNESCO. Based in Seoul, Republic of Korea, APCEIU promotes education for international understanding and global citizenship in Asia-Pacific and other regions focusing on education policy research, capacity-building for educators, and teaching/learning materials development. Prior to assuming the current position in 2019, Dr. Lim served as Assistant Secretary-General for Education at the Korean National Commission for UNESCO, where he had started his professional career in 1992. Siddique Zobair

Siddique Zobair, joined as Senior Secretary at Secondary and Higher Education Division, Ministry of Education on 15 October 2024. He is a career bureaucrat working with the Government of Bangladesh for more than 35 years in different capacity. Mr. Zobair received his Master’s in Petroleum Management from University of Alberta, Canada, He is also a certified Energy Management Specialist. Mr. Zobair was closely associated with government to promote and development of renewable energy and energy efficiency regime in the country and SDG implementation. Mr. Siddique has acquired global exposure through undergoing initiatives on energy and environment from top platforms. Moreover, he has been putting his knowledge and experiences into action to shape the energy industry of progressive Bangladesh. After his retirement government has appointed him the member of expert pool of Power Division and rendering advisory service to World Bank, ADB and UNDP on energy, environment and climate change.
