Fit for Life: Building Back Better

UNESCO's Fit for Life program is powered by a global network of partners working to create inclusive policies that integrate sports into youth development strategies. By strengthening grassroots participation and inter-sectoral cooperation, the program aims to create inclusive policies that address the crises magnified by COVID-19, particularly among young people. Silva's message resonated with these goals, encouraging youth to take charge of their physical and mental health.

Try to do sports, or arts, or music. Do something for yourself and for your mind.
