ResiliArt Debates in Central Asia

In response to the confinement and lockdowns in the context of COVID-19, UNESCO launched the 鈥淩esiliArt鈥 movement for artists and cultural professionals with a series of debates in different parts of the world and with participation of creative professionals.

The 鈥淩esiliArt鈥 movement has three main goals:
鈥 Raise awareness about the impact of COVID-19 on the culture sector in general and the livelihoods of artists and cultural professionals in particular;
鈥 Provide a platform for artists and cultural professionals to ensure that their voices are heard at the policy level in order to address the existing gaps and needs;
鈥 Contribute to the decision-making processes during the development of policies and mechanisms pertaining to the creative sector.
