Request for Proposal - Young Professionals Engagement 2023

Dear Sir/Madam,
You are invited to submit an offer for coordination, management, and mobilization service of Young Professionals Engagement 2023 as resource persons and participants to the 3rd International Workshop/training for Youth and Young Professionals in Science, Engineering, Technology, and Innovation for Disaster Risk Reduction that will be held in Jakarta, Indonesia, 4-8 December 2023. The young professionals will be UNESCO funded participants from 13 U-INSPIRE National Chapters.
The Request for Proposal (RFP) consists of this cover page and the following Annexes:
Annex I Terms of Reference (TOR)
Annex II Proposal Submission Form
Annex III Price Schedule Form
Annex IV Vendor Information Form
Annex V Concept Note for the 3rd International Workshop/Training YYP in SETI for DRR.
Your offer comprising of technical and financial proposals should reach the following email address no later than 5 October 2023: jakarta@unesco.org.
This letter is not to be construed in any way as an offer to contract with your firm/institution. Your proposal could, however, form the basis for a contract between your company and UNESCO.
You are requested to acknowledge the receipt of this letter and to indicate whether or not you will be submitting a proposal. For this purpose, and for any requests for clarification, please contact Ardito M Kodijat (a.kodijat@unesco.org).
