A partnership with the Comptroller General of the Union (), this project has carried out international benchmarking studies to support the elaboration of the Law on Access to Information (). It has also supported several actions on citizenship education promoted by CGU focused on elementary school students.

In addition, it has supported studies and the participation of experts in debates on the main aspects and challenges for implementing projects on the integrity of public and private organizations, allowing deeper discussions on strategies to combat corruption, to promote open government and innovation in the public sector, and digital government with the OECD and other international experts.
