Your e-bid should reach the following email address no later than 01 October 2024 at 18:00 Manila time:

The bid shall include - as a minimum - the following documentation (for items B - D, Bidders are required to use the dedicated forms contained in the ITB).

• Cover letter (optional);

• Bid Submission Form;

• Price Schedule Form;

• Technical Specification Form;

• Descriptive literature (technical brochures or other documentation)

This email is not to be construed in any way as an offer of contract. Your bid could, however, form the basis for a contract between your company and UNESCO.

Bidders are kindly requested to acknowledge the receipt of the ITB using the Intention to Bid Form on Annex V.
