Background

The COVID-19 pandemic forced many universities to speed up the digitalization of delivering higher education. UNESCO’s mandate is to provide technical support and policy advice on new approaches to improve access and inclusion in higher education through digital technologies. Meanwhile, the International Center for Higher Education Innovation (ICHEI), a UNESCO International Category II Center, aims to promote digital transformation in higher education institutions. UNESCO and ICHEI are working together to conduct two regional studies on Digital Transformation in Higher Education. One study is intended for Southeast Asia, and the other for South Asia. The two regional studies will complement the studies conducted by ICHEI from Africa, Latin America, Central Asia, and the Middle East.

We seek an experienced institution to support the regional studies of digital transformation in higher education institutions in South Asia.
