Scope of the assignment
Under the overall authority of the Director of the UNESCO Multisectoral Regional Office in Bangkok, the oversight of the Chief of the Section for Educational Innovation and Skills Development (EISD), the contracted institution is expected to undertake the following assignments during the contract period:
1) Organize the training workshops for teacher educators:
The contracted institution will organize training workshops for teacher educators in Thailand and the Philippines based on the agreed work plan and assist in the monitoring and evaluation of the outcomes of the training using appropriate indicators.
2) Conduct a self-evaluation of the effectiveness of the training workshops:
Perform a self-evaluation to assess the efficacy of the training workshops, utilizing evidence derived from follow-up observations of teaching practices, action research outcomes, and participant insights.
