Description
UNESCO invites Company/Firm to submit a Proposal to conduct External Evaluation of UNESCO Programme in Syria.
The Request for Proposal (RFP) consists of a cover page and the Annexes that are stipulated and attached to the procurement notice.
Your offer compromising of technical proposal and financial proposal shall be submitted via electronic submission (email), as per clause "16 Marking of Proposals" stipulated under "ANNEX I - Instructions to Offerors" not later than March 04, 2024 before 18:00 hour Beirut local time without any copy to any o0ther e-mail addresses.
Offeror is requested to acknowledge the recipt of this Procurement Notice and to indicate whether or not you will be submitting a proposal. For this purpose, and for any requests for clarification, please contact ( procurement.bei@unesco.org).
