Developing a green economy in Togo to relieve pressure on the forest and boost incomes
UNESCO worked with rural communities in Togo between 2019 and 2022 to develop three sustainable livelihoods namely beekeeping value addition to shea nuts and the breeding of ruminants in order to boost villagers incomes while relieving pressure on the forest
