Lintao County in Dingxi Municipality
Lintao is located in the middle of Gansu province, mostly on the right (eastern) bank of the Tao River, a right tributary of the Yellow River. Lintao contains 18 towns, 323 villages, and 12 residential communities.
Lintao has rich historical and culture resources. There are many cultural heritage relics such as the Great Wall of Qin of the Warring States, the ancient tombs of the Han Dynasty, and there are various folk cultural practices such as Chinese paper cutting, shadow puppets, hua-er, Lazha Festival and Nuo dance.
