The Expert Advisory Committee brings together members from different stakeholder groups, with expertise in topics of particular relevance to the project’s objectives. They provide scientific and technical advice to ensure the maintenance of the highest standards in terms of project delivery and outputs.

Prof. BA Duoxun

Ba Duoxun is a Professor of the Tourism College at Northwest Normal University. He is currently a member of the Teaching Supervisory Committee of Higher Education Tourism Management of the Ministry of Education, Director of Gansu Cultural Industry Development Research Center, and Executive Director of Gansu Provincial Tourism Development Research Institute. His main research area is regional cultural and tourism development.
