Evaluating national education system management across four vital dimensions鈥攇overnance, management, technical architecture, and data & information services鈥攖he tool identifies existing systemic limitations to provide countries with strategic roadmaps. These roadmaps chart transformative pathways to facilitate the enhancement of EMIS capabilities, paving the way for the development of advanced, real-time information systems within education governance. Subsequently, these systems empower education stakeholders to make informed, evidence-based decisions.
