Cine-Meditation with the Movy "Breath"
Cine-Meditation: an inspiring film, followed by a time of relaxation and meditation based on the Heartfulness method, and a discussion. Come and discover the film "Debout", in the presence of its director Stéphane Haskell. Ciné-Méditation is an original concept co-created by the Heartfulness Institute and Kamea Meah films. Director, photojournalist and writer Stéphane Haskell spent 12 years with the SipaPress agency before turning to documentaries. At the age of 40, Stéphane Haskell was struck down by a paralysing illness. But rather than give up, he turned to yoga with determination. Thus began his incredible adventure around the world, in search of a spirituality that would lighten the burdens of the soul.
