Want to help fight climate change?
As climate change continues to present new and complex challenges to leaders around the globe, innovative AI solutions can help tackle some of these challenges. AI for the Planet Alliance launches a call for solutions to identify and support promising innovations using AI to address climate change.
AI solutions can help measure, reduce, and remove emissions effectively, support communities and economies as they adapt to the changing environment, and aid overall climate action through research, climate finance, and education. However, there are numerous roadblocks to implementation at scale - from inadequate funding and training to a lack of access to decision makers and best practices.
The alliance is accepting proposals in all stages of maturity鈥攊f ready for a first pilot鈥攁nd from private, public, nonprofit, or academia sectors. Support for each selected solution will be tailored to its needs and can range from customized commercial or technical support to investor relationships and network development.
