The Russian Federation has forty-one biosphere reserves covering different ecosystems of its territory. The Man and the Biosphere (MAB) National Committee of the Russian Federation has coordinated the development of a series of information posters about these different biosphere reserves.

Sixteen biosphere reserves have produced posters to date. These provide detailed information, maps and images about the populations, main species, ecosystems and socio-economic activities found in these areas, as well as information on useful publications and projects.

More posters are being developed with the ultimate objective being to produce a poster for each biosphere reserve of the Russian Federation.
