Mobilization Session to start the countdown towards the launching of UNESCO-MAB's 50th Anniversary
UNESCO's Man & the Biosphere Programme has convened its community to share all details and initiatives planned for the celebration of the 50th Anniversary

The official launching of the will take place during the UNESCO Biodiversity Forum, to be held in late March. In the occasion, the Programme's Secretariat will start a campaign to increase its visibility, honouring the pioneering thought behind the concept of and shedding light on the initiatives that keep it alive.
In order to coordinate a global and diverse campaign with the entire MAB Community, the Secretariat will host a special 1h30-session, where it will make available various resources for networks and biosphere reserves, as well as share and hear about their plans for the celebration.
