It is our motto for 2024 and for as long as it will take to ensure women’s representation at the highest levels of decision-making in all spheres of society. In 2024, over 60 countries will be holding national elections worldwide and 4 billion people, almost half of the world population, are expected at the ballot box. In a world of persisting glass ceilings, broken rungs, and gender stereotypes, how can we achieve gender parity and equality in leadership?
