In collaboration with the United Nations Economic Commission for Africa (UNECA), UNESCO is co-organising the 6th African Regional Science, Technology and Innovation Forum (ARSTIF), in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, from 21 to 22 April 2024. The theme of this edition will be the "Effective delivery of innovative science and technology solutions to reinforce the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development and Agenda 2063, and eradicate poverty in Africa".
