Invitation for Proposals for Photos and Video Documentation
UNESCO New Delhi is looking for vendors to submit an offer for photo and video documentation on the development of the 2024 State of the Education Report (SOER) for India. This bid is open to all national and international suppliers who are legally constituted, can provide the requested services.
The Request for Proposal (RFP) encompasses various annexes detailing instructions to offerors, general conditions of contract, terms of reference, proposal submission forms, price schedules, vendor information, and a contract template.
Prospective applicants are encouraged to thoroughly review the RFP documents and guidelines provided for a comprehensive understanding of the requirements and submission process.
Proposals, comprising separate technical and financial envelopes, should be sent to procurement.NDL@unesco.org no later than 11:59 PM IST on April 28, 2024. Offers sent to other email addresses will be disqualified.
Proposals must offer services for the total requirement. Proposals offering only part of the requirement will be rejected.
