Innovation in Municipal Public Administration
The project aims to strengthen a municipal innovation policy, to modernize public service provision through improved communication channels with the citizens. The technical cooperation will diagnose, analyze, and plan initiatives that specifically develop innovation indicators and information management through ICTs in the municipality of São Paulo.
Furthermore, it intends to promote the strategic use of innovation by the Municipal Secretariat of Innovation and Technology of the Municipality of São Paulo () as a tool to improve public municipal administration and the provision of services to citizens.
Measurable Results
Innovative practice projects implemented
The project has had an impact on improving the management of public services and serving the citizens of the city of São Paulo. It promotes workshops and studies through specialized consultancies that support various initiatives that promote innovative practices within the city hall and boroughs of great São Paulo.
