The fifth discussion will be the opportunity to discuss key messages and strategies to promote greening teacher training and education systems’ capacities, particularly around COP29 in Baku, Azerbaijan, where greening education will be addressed as a part of the Baku Initiative on Human Development for Climate Resilience as well as Action for Climate Empowerment of the UNFCCC.
Through an interactive panel discussion, the webinar will address two guiding questions:
- What needs and gaps on greening teacher training and education systems’ capacities should be advocated for during COP29?
- What solutions can be encouraged through COP29?
