The first Priority Africa Flagships working session will focus on Flagship Programme 1: Campus Africa – Reinforcing higher education in Africa. The overall objective of Campus Africa is to build integrated, inclusive, and quality tertiary education systems and institutions, for the development of inclusive and equitable societies on the continent. 

This Flagship has 3 pillars:

1. Strengthening research and innovation capacities;
2. Doctoral studies and mobility;
3. Higher Technical Education and links with the labour market
