Women@Dior: An active member of UNESCO's Global Education Coalition

On World Youth Skills Day 2020, Dior joined the Global Education Coalition founded by UNESCO. In the framework of the Global Skills Academy and Gender Flagship, the Women@Dior programme has coached and supported thousands of young women from all over the world to reach their potential. Revolving around the four core values that are Autonomy, Inclusion, Creativity and Sustainability, the programme aims to empower young women to imagine and build a more sustainable and responsible future and compete in the ‘Dream for Change’ Project to be presented during the Global Conference.

The event will host Dior Mentees and Mentors and this year’s guests of honour Hafsat Abiola, President of Women in Africa, Hyojeong Kim, CEO & Founder of NomadHer and Maud Caillaux, Co-Founder of Green-Got, and more. In addition, Chantal Gaemperle (Group Executive Vice President Human Resources and Synergies of LVMH Group, and member of the LVMH Executive Committee), Emmanuelle Favre (Director of Human Resources at Christian Dior Couture), and Stefania Giannini (UNESCO Assistant Director-General for Education) will share their vision and commitment for the emancipation of women.
