Virtual Festival for the World Day for African and Afro-descendant Culture 2021
For the second time in history, the government of Costa Rica and UNESCO San José Office celebrate the World Day for African and Afro-descendant Culture with a virtual festival that includes expressions of Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity, artists from around the world and much more. More than a festival, Dale Más Afro is a starting point for a network that recovers erased contributions, pushes for governmental commitments for Afro populations and imagines more inclusive, more Afro futures. Where they are missing and where they have been erased, #DaleMásAfro.
