Mauro Colagreco is committed to supporting the Man and the Biosphere, a UNESCO programme that support biodiversity conservation and sustainable livelihoods.
On November 9, 2023, during his participation in the session on biodiversity in the wake of the UNESCO General Conference's High-Level Events, chef Mauro Colagreco used this platform to plead for the protection of the Amazon as a biodiversity haven.
