Conference of Parties to the Anti-Doping Convention

A platform for strategic intergovernmental dialogue, decision-making, and forward-looking actions to foster sport integrity and its governance.

What is the Conference of Parties?

States Parties to the 2005 Anti-Doping Convention meet every two years at UNESCO’s Headquarters in Paris to tackle key agenda items aimed at reinforcing global sport integrity governance

The Conference of Parties (COP), sovereign governing body of the Convention, therefore represents an opportunity for governments, experts, civil society and organizations to come together and shape the global sport integrity ecosystem.

Engage in the Convention's 20th anniversary

States Parties can share proposals for the celebration of the Convention’s 20th anniversary through an online form.

States Parties are also invited to demonstrate their commitment to sport values, ethics and integrity through a contribution to the Anti-Doping Fund of a minimum 1% of the assessed contribution to UNESCO's regular budget. A preliminary indication of support can be provided through a dedicated online form.
