Launched a year ago, as part of the cooperation between UNESCO and Huawei, the project 鈥淩evitalizing STEM education to equip next generations with STEM competency鈥 seeks to promote STEM education in Europe by co-creating innovative solutions on STEM and increase institutional and professional capabilities.

As a milestone within the project, on 14 March 2025, the co-creative workshop will bring together the 5 selected project teams from Belgium, Germany, Malta, North Macedonia, and Romania. They will present and consolidate their project results, exchange best practices and lessons learnt, and collaboratively develop a comprehensive inventory of UNESCO STEM resources.

The workshop will also engage interested members of the UNESCO STEM Alliance, established in November 2023, to explore how the project outcomes can best contribute to the advancement of STEM research and education. Additionally, participants will discuss the development and dissemination of an open-access platform serving as the Regional Clearinghouse, to be established by UNESCO.
